1. How long does delivery take?
Answer:
• Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
• Shipping time: 4 to 6 business days in France and the United Kingdom
• Estimated total delivery time: 5 to 8 business days

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes — Yvonne Éclat offers free shipping on all orders within France and the United Kingdom. See our Shipping Policy.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Currently, we only ship to mainland France and the United Kingdom.

4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Answer: Yes — you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

5. How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Order Tracking page.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?
Answer: You have 30 days to return your item. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

7. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Answer: We will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 30 days. See our Return Policy.

8. How do I exchange an item?
Answer: Contact us and we’ll guide you through the process, in line with our Return Policy.

9. When will I receive my refund?
Answer: Once your return is approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
