Return & Refund Policy – Yvonne Éclat

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions below:
Return Conditions
- Return period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Product condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Return method: Items must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service. In-person returns are not accepted.
- Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Restocking fees: No restocking fees apply.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@yvonne-eclat.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions along with the return address.
- Ship the item as instructed.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, email info@yvonne-eclat.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional free items
- Perishable goods or personal care items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue — we will send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Address
Please do not return items without prior approval. Once your return request is accepted, our team will provide the official return address.
